Recession?
President Trump was asked if there's going to be a recession. He said he doesn't know. Of course he doesn't know. You can take 10 Nobel prize winning economists and they'll split 50/50. Just like you can take stock market experts and half will say it's going up and if they'll say there'll be a crash or Bitcoin going up going down. So-called experts don't seem to know for sure because they're not prophets.
But Democrats are doing everything they can to make sure there will be a recession because they think it'll help them in the next elections. If Trump's tax cuts get extended, if doge is able to trim hundreds of billions from the budget, if we reduce the deficit, we reduce regulations to promote growth, the economy will expand. If we increase taxes by failing to extend the Trump tax cuts, if we fight doge, if we don't reduce spending and we don't reduce regulations, we may have a recession, which the Democrats would love..
Remember no pain, no gain. Margaret Thatcher endured great struggle politically in England in order to right
their economy when she imposed austere measures. Similarly, Argentina is now booming because they're conservative Prime minister first imposed fairly austere measures, which cause some short-term pain to lead to growth.
Democrats will do whatever they need to to try and torpedo the economy. They want a recession. They want a depression to hurt Trump not caring that it'll hurt America. During the first Trump administration we had the best economy in the history of the country going and then the Democratic governor shut down their states because of covid just to hurt Trump. Now they're going to vote to shut down the government and try and blame the Republicans, even though in the past they've always been bitter about shutting down the government.
