The Democratic party is imploding. They can't cheer a 13-year-old kid who wants to be a cop who's got brain cancer or a fella who just got admitted to West point? On every issue now the country is split 80/20 and they are standing firm on the 20. Are they trying to commit suicide? What brain dead person could possibly support the Democratic party and yet you know that no matter what they nominate, that person still going to get 45% of the vote. It's just insane.
Are those people who still support Democrats? Just not paying attention to the truth? Are they stupid? Are they immoral?
The Democratic leadership still is holding firm to protecting criminal violent aliens in their cities. They're holding firm on insisting that biological males should be allowed to compete in female sports. They want to continue the war in Ukraine. Even though one quarter of the ukrainians have fled 600,000 of their young men have died. They have no chance of recouping their land. We're getting into NATO and there have spent hundreds of billions of dollars of other people's money, including ours. Mostly. They're more and more siding with the anti-semites and against the one democracy in the Middle East and they're upholding terrorism. They claim there's nothing they could do about the southern border but as Trump said all they needed was a new president. They lied to us for 4 years about demented. Joe Biden.
Someone on the Greg gutfeld show joke Maybe there's a mole in the party. Just giving them bad advice like don't stand and cheer for a 13-year-old kid who survived brain cancer wants to be a cop. They're just ignoring the fact that musk is uncovering billions and billions and billions and dollars and scam fraud and abuse, largely probably because they're the ones who grifted it and their lackies are just lying about it claiming the richest guy in the world wants their $18 in their bank account
MY QUESTION
1. On almost all issues that Donald Trump supports, he's got about 80% of America supporting that policy. That means 20% of America doesn't support it
2. Any Democrat at all that's runs for office can be guaranteed 45% of the vote well no matter what and pretty much most districts.
3. That means at least 25% of the Democratic vote comes from people that support Republican policies. Presumably those are working class, common Sense Americans, black brown, white, Asian etc. Etc. And Jews who vote suicidally for Democrats even though 2/3 of the Democrats now support murderers of Jews.
4. Is it conceivable to peel away? Some of that 25% of the people that support Republican policies but still reflexively vote Democratic? Donald Trump made great inroads in this election. Can future Republicans continue that.?

A Democrat wrote this letter to Mark Halperin after Trump's speech

A Democrat wrote this letter to Mark Halperin after Trump's speech. A must read for all Americans.

Hi Mark,
I watched the speech last night. I’m a Democrat, my immediate family and siblings are Democrats. We didn’t vote for Trump.
Last night for me was my breaking point. I watched with my husband as fellow Democrats (ironically wearing pink for women) sat there either stone-faced or seething with disgust while the family of Laken Riley was honored and a young boy with cancer became an honorary secret service agent.
I’m switching parties. It’s been coming for awhile, but that was the moment for me.
I have a young family member that was the victim of assault, I have family in law enforcement, we have all been touched in some way by cancer, and I have not been able to come to terms with what I witnessed from Democrats last night.
It was surreal. It was like an episode of Scooby Doo where they pull off the masks and show you who the villains are. I literally couldn’t sleep last night. I can’t believe I’m saying this. But I’m done. As a woman, a mother, as a HUMAN, I’m just done. When I heard Nicole Wallace’s heinous remark I said to my husband “who are these people?!”
They don’t represent me anymore, or who I am. I can finally admit to myself that despite my personal dislike of Trump, I begrudgingly admit I support some of what he is actually doing. I can’t think of much I support that the Democrats have been doing for a long time, and frankly I don’t even know what they stand for now except the right to choose (which is no longer enough) and men having the right to invade what were once my personal spaces.
I admit… I actually smiled when I saw the First Lady. I cried when the boy hugged the secret service agent. I realized I have so missed this quintessentially American feeling of pride. Pride for my fellow citizens, pride for my country. I’m flabbergasted at myself but it feels like a relief to admit all of this. I can’t say I’m MAGA…. but I know now after last night I am no longer a Democrat.
Best,

Why Musk has become enemy number One

Musk has become enemy number One for the Democrats because they realize they can't stop Trump, but more importantly, they know that musk is going to uncover their many decade-old scam, grift, money laundering, kickbacks, financing, bizarre programs, many and other countries, and much illegal activity. Activity. They sent millions to finance ultra left-wing radical media. To send hundreds of millions to Clinton's Obama and other Democrats. They're going to investigate how all of these Democrats got incredibly Rich on a lifetime of public service. They're desperate and they're selling lies to their parents in the population to claim. Musk is trying to steal their money. Yeah, the guy with 400 billion cares about the $25 in their bank account. They're threatening to kill him. They're randomly defacing Tesla cars and Tesla dealerships. They've gone lunatic all in a desperate effort to stop musk and his Doge team from uncovering this Watergate times a million" that they're going to find

Republicans should not think that the Trump derangement syndrome is associated with only Donald Trump. Look what they're doing. To Elon Musk, the richest man in the world. Who's one of the smartest. Who's volunteering is time to help save the American budget from bankruptcy. And just look how they treated? McCain, Romney, Bush, during the campaigns. They use the same vile language as they use against Trump. It was and they were more moderate in many ways. It was only after the campaign when they lost or were out of office that they were treated more.

the pro terrorist protests failed

 MITCHELL BARD

(July 17, 2024 / JNS)
Now that the campuses have settled down, it’s time to take stock of what has happened since the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel on Oct. 7. Despite the hysteria, the campus protests were resounding failures in achieving their stated objectives. Besides roiling college quads, they revealed disturbing truths about higher education, bringing the virulent antisemitism of students and faculty to the forefront, and scaring Jewish students.

There is no debate that a tsunami of antisemitism engulfed universities after Oct. 7. But how widespread was the problem, and was there any pattern?
The pro terrorist protests at campuses FAILED miserably.

JNS

A Washington Monthly study found that of 1,421 public and private nonprofit colleges, 318 (22%) had protests and 123 (9%) encampments. While these figures might seem significant, they represent only one-third of all institutions. Even as strains have occurred in black-Jewish relations, it is notable that none of the 78 historically black colleges had encampments, and only nine had demonstrations. Protests were primarily concentrated in California and the U.S. Northeast, and were most prominent at elite universities.

The amount of publicity given to schools like Columbia, Penn, Harvard, Berkeley, UCLA, Cornell, Michigan and New York University gave the false impression that protesters’ views were the norm rather than representative of a small fraction of the faculty and student body. The bad news is that these schools produce judges, business leaders and political officials, and they are churning out graduates who are, at best, ignoramuses and, at worst, antisemites who we can only hope will get the success they deserve and end up selling pencils on street corners.

Did the protests accomplish any of their goals?

The extremists chanting “From the River to the Sea” must be disappointed that Israel has not disappeared and that their Hamas heroes are being crushed. Meanwhile, “moderates” advocating for a ceasefire proved equally impotent as Hamas terrorists rejected proposals requiring them to release their hostages. They remained in tunnels, unconcerned with civilian suffering, while their backers in Iran were content to fight to the last Palestinian.

The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement believed it had reached a critical mass. Votes were held at 24 schools, the most since 2014-15, and BDS measures were adopted at 18.

Do you know how many universities agreed to boycott Israel?

Zero.

The president of Sonoma State University in California did cave to pressure, but his decision to boycott Israel was quickly reversed, and he was out of a job. Presidents of other universities said their institutions would not boycott Israel. Some of the more cowardly officials gave in to the campus terrorists and agreed to consider divestment or to be more transparent about their investments.

Meanwhile, the financiers in charge of university money said boycotting would violate their fiduciary responsibilities; economists explained there was little to divest, and the gesture would have no impact on Israel. Unsurprisingly, BDS proponents are unaware the Arab League has had a boycott since 1945 (i.e., before Israel was established, illustrating it was aimed at Jews) and failed to bring Israel to its knees.

Throughout the history of the pro-Palestinian constituency, students have shown little concern for the massacre of Jews or Hamas’s use of Gazans as human shields. Demands for Hamas to release hostages or criticism of their weaponizing of schools, hospitals and mosques were conspicuously absent from protests.

Protesters were embarrassingly ignorant

What about the universities?

What many of us knew for decades was exposed for all to see—namely, that colleges are the only place in America where antisemitism is tolerated and that a double standard is applied to the treatment of Jews and other victims of prejudice.

University presidents, often lacking moral fortitude, failed to unequivocally condemn violence against Jews and address the bigotry within their institutions. Many disgracefully sought to appease protesters by inappropriately conflating antisemitism with Islamophobia. Some, like the presidents of Harvard, Penn and MIT, embarrassed themselves and their institutions by their inability to recognize that calling for the extermination of Jews was antisemitic and a violation of their codes of conduct.

Universities typically believe that they can outlast students by metaphorically patting the kids on the head and saying they’ll listen, knowing that summer is coming and expecting all to be forgotten by the next term. However, the capitulation to pro-terrorist protesters’ demands by some administrators emboldened the campus terrorists and perpetuated a cycle of unrest that promises to return in the fall as the war continues and likely escalates in the north.

Many faculty were also exposed as antisemites. They participated in protests, encouraged them, and signed and made statements that were blatantly antisemitic. Professors used their classrooms to indoctrinate their students with misinformation and propaganda. Many of us have warned of this rot within academia, but it has long escaped sufficient scrutiny.

We also learned that protesters were embarrassingly ignorant. Many joined without understanding the history or issues, like those who chanted “From the river to the sea” without knowing the name of the river or the sea.

Far from achieving their aims, demonstrators provoked a backlash that is reshaping campus policies and public perceptions:

Several universities established antisemitism taskforces and planned to require students and faculty to attend meetings to learn about the persecution of Jews and what behavior is impermissible.
Just as the BDS movement stimulated the adoption of anti-boycott laws in 38 states, the campus divestment effort also prompted legal action. The Pennsylvania state Senate, for example, passed a bill to block aid to any university that boycotts or divests from Israel.
Anti-mask laws are being discussed to prevent cowardly antisemites and terror supporters from hiding from public view and evading accountability.
Law firms and other companies declared they would not hire students who participated in protests.
Some protesters were suspended and prevented from graduating. Others were arrested and charged with crimes.
More strict rules were implemented as to the time and place where protests could be held to prevent disruption of university activity and the harassment of Jewish students.
The number of civil-rights complaints demanding action against universities that failed to protect Jewish students filed with the U.S. Department of Education increased exponentially.
Jewish students also filed lawsuits. NYU settled one and “committed to take groundbreaking measures to address antisemitism.”
Donors withdrew support for institutions that failed to address antisemitism, and parents and students decided not to attend them.
After eight months of glorifying terrorists who savagely raped and murdered Jews, protesters succeeded only in highlighting their hatred of Jews, including their fellow students. They failed to promote peace or aid a single Palestinian.
